Hamburger Jugendlehrgang
Am 26.02.12 nahmen sechs Judoka der SAV am Hamburger Jugendlehrgang teil. In drei Einheiten trainierten sie fleissig mit ca. 60 anderen Judokas. Zuerst wurde im Stand der Morote-Seoi-Nage mit verschiedenen Eingängen und Kontern geübt. Im Boden wurde eine Sankaku-Technik samt Verteidigung geübt. Gut kam bei unseren Judokas auch das Bodenrandori zu dritt oder das leicht abgewandelte Inselkampf-Spiel an. In der letzten Einheit wurden dann Randoris mit verschiedenen Aufgaben gemacht. Hier wurde dann auch noch einmal besonders die Chance genutzt mit Judokas aus anderen Vereinen zu trainieren. Nach dem Training gab es zur Stärkung Pizza in der Halle.
Alle haben gut mittrainiert und werden manche Techniken beim Training in Bremen weiter ausbauen. Dabei waren: Hannah, Astrid, Ronja, Felix, Malie und Jelka.
